I have pursuing my study in Chemical Engineering up until degree level in Mara Technology University (UiTM).

After finishing my diploma in Chemical Engineering, I have applied for temporary substitute teacher during my free time. I have prepared some of the related documents and sent them to the Education Department. Brickfields Primary School was the place where I gained my experience. That was my first journey in teaching.

After finishing my degree, I also applied jobs in educational field. At first, I did not expect too much working in educational field during this time since I have already applied for numerous jobs related to chemical engineering. However, it was quite surprising when I am being offered working in educational fields more often due to my experience in teaching.

Some of my teaching experience includes becoming a chemistry lecturer in UEM College (KYUEM) and Kuala Lumpur University (UNiKL) for about three years. KYUEM is for the A Level while UNiKL is in foundation level. At first, I never expect in becoming a teacher or teaching assistant in any education institution. But thankfully, my journey as a teacher allows me to gain more experience, as well as various teaching techniques for the classes consists of more than twenty students, answering techniques for A Level and many more.

However, I have faced some challenges during my teaching in college, where I found some of the students still failed to understand during classes. This might due to the number of students per class for about 20 – 30 students, and hence, I could not focus on one to one interaction towards everyone in the class. On top of that, Teacher Natrah decided to open a tuition center called CIKGUTUITION to enable teachers to apply the one to one teaching techniques to the students, so they can really understand well in all subjects. In this CIKGUTUITION, all the skills, as well as experiences will be incorporated so I can teach my students better.

Movement Control Order has been introduced by the government in 18 March 2020 due to COVID-19 that has attacked worldwide, that effects the teaching and learning in school. Hence, online learning and online tuition has been introduced. Now, I consider myself a fulltime Home and Online Tuition tutor for secondary school level consists of PT3, SPM, Checkpoint & IGCSE and I have more than 100 students.
